The Ballad of Henry Ford

In 1927, Henry Ford, the richest and most powerful man in the world was run off the road in what looked like an assassination attempt. And it happened the night before he was supposed to stand trial. A trial that would have revealed his decades-long campaign of disseminating anti-semitic propaganda, his connection to the bourgeoning Nazi party, and his goal dream to build a farmer’s utopia in Alabama.

In the spirit of Woody Guthrie’s social and journalistic folk tunes, this musical documentary reveals the little-known conspiracy of America’s greatest industrialist.
